The 2012 ASM @ Malaysia - professional tournament
will be staged on Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th July 2012
at Glenmarie GCC
The ASM @ Malaysia Pro-Ams are staged over
3 days - Friday , Saturday and Sunday prior to the ASM Professional
tournament.
ASM Pro-Ams are staged in 4 ball flights
/ teams and each flight will have a Senior PGA Pro as captain
and include 3 amateur golfers. Amateur golfers compete as
teams and individuals with prizes being awarded to the best
team along with numerous novelty prizes, along with prizes
for the leading Best Gross and the Top Best Nett scoring participants

places in an ASM @ Malaysia Pro-Ams cost - RM 988

person corporate ASM @ Malaysia Pro-Am teams cost - RM
3,888 and include 1 On-Course 3m x 1m sign board,
logo on the skirting of the main score board, player name
plates, VIP invitations to the ASM Welcome Cocktail Reception,
pre & post Pro-Am meals, ASM gift set and prize giving
ceremony.
The top 9 "best gross" scoring male participants
and 3 "best gross" scoring ladies & junior
participants from each Pro-Am will secure places to play
in the ASM Amateur Semi-Finals playing on
Monday 16th July 2012 during the first day of the ASM @ Malaysia
professional tournament.

be staged on Thursday 12th July 2012 at 1pm, the event
is played OFF THE STICK

The ASM @ Malaysia Pro-Ams and the
ASM Amateur Open Pro-Am Qualifier events are open
to male and female participants who must be at least 12 years
of age and posses valid golf handicaps
All registered participants for the ASM @ Malaysia
Pro-Ams as well as the ASM @ Malaysia Amateur
Open Pro-Am Qualifier events are invited to attend
the ASM
@ Malaysia Welcome Cocktail Reception to be held
on Thursday 12th July 2012
Once again Asia's leading amateur golfers will be able to
participate in the various ASM Pro-Ams, with the top 9 best
gross scoring participants from each Pro-Am securing places
in the Amateur Semi Finals ton be staged
on Monday 16th July in conjunction with the first day
of the ASM @ Malaysia Professional Tournament
The ASM Amateur Semi Finals are to be played
in a 4 ball format comprising 3 Senior Professional &
1 Amateur golfer, staged from a two Tee start, allowing the
best gross scoring amateur golfers to compete head to head
with Senior PGA Professional golfers under real tournament
conditions.
The top 6 best gross scoring participants
from the Amateur Semi Finals will contest
the ASM Amateur Finals to be staged on Tuesday
17th July and will T Off prior to the start of the final
day of the ASM @ Malaysia Pro Tournament.
As was the case at previous ASM
@ Malaysia events any and all ties in both the
Amateur Finals and the
ASM Professional Tournament will be determined
by a sudden death play off.
