The inaugural NUS - YEO Golf Challenge was held at Sentosa Golf Club on Wednesday 12 November 2003. Over 90 golfers teed off in the inaugural NUS– Young Entrepreneurs Organization Fund Raising Golf Challenge 2003 on what can only be described as a delightful day.
The good weather was reflected in the hot scoring by some of the keen golfers. This first event should be a catalyst for a bigger and more prestigious 2004 event hopefully held again at the delightful Sentosa Golf Club.
The event was graced by Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam - Acting Minister - Ministry of Education.
