Hank claimed his maiden victory on the European Seniors Tour in 2003 when he closed with a fine four under par 68 before beating Northern Ireland’s Eddie Polland at the first play-off hole in the Wallonia Open at the Pierpont Golf Club in Belgium. Before then the best performance by the American, who gained his European Seniors Tour card at the 2000 Qualifying School at PGA Golf de Catalunya, came in 2001 when he produced rounds of 71-70-71 to finish tied for third behind compatriot David Oakley in the Energis Senior Masters at Wentworth Club.
Finished 42nd on the Seniors Tour Order of Merit that year and 66th in 2002. Is an enthusiastic member of the Tour's Bible Study group.
