Bill is one of Singapore's most consistant winners throughout the years.
Bill placed 4th in the BCGC in aid of the Singapore International Foundation held on the 11th Oct 2002 at Jurong Country Club.
The BCGC was a pro-am lead up event to the BLOG tournament where Singapore Senior golf Professionals competed for places in the postponed Nov 2002 BLOG tournament.
Singapore's Minister for Foreign Affairs Professor Jayakumar graced the event as the guest of Honour, where some S$ 40,000 was raised for the SIF.
Bill played in the 2003 Asian Senior Masters Singapore and the 2005 & 2006 Asian Senior Masters Malaysia.
